No. OpenSlate publishes the same observations to every reader and never gives personal recommendations, including by email, Discord, X or direct message. Whether and how you bet is your decision and your responsibility.

Never. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not hold funds, and does not connect to your sportsbook account. Anyone asking for your sportsbook login in our name is impersonating us.

No. Rules are tested on past prices before they reach the board and are measured forward against a gate set in advance, but OpenSlate does not publish hit rates, returns or graded results. If that ever changes, any figure will cover the full period from a stated start date, losses included.

On the lab's own data, parlays priced far worse than the same legs taken straight, because the book's margin compounds across legs. The board shows straights only.

The rule is narrow on purpose. When nothing qualifies, nothing is published. A long board is not a better board.

The board shows the lab's reads of each book's public odds as of the time on the board, re-scanned hourly during the slate. It is not a live feed; a book may have moved since. The LIVE and MOVED states tell you what happened to the qualifying price at the last scan.
